Not only did the hotel provide ironing facilities, but also had a washing machine and dryer available for guest use which was incredibly convenient. the attention to detail was exceptional, as I had misplaced my ring during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it, displaying excellent customer service. the room itself was beautifully decorated with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with stunning views that made for a perfect spot to relax. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's amenities and services, and I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable experience.
